SH129 Grease drum stability tester
The SH129 Grease Roller Stability Tester complies with the standards ASTM D1831 and SH/T 0122 "Test Method for Roller Stability of Grease." When operating this instrument: a specified amount of test sample is subjected to a 2-hour test on the roller tester at room temperature, after which the working penetration of the grease is measured before and after the test. This instrument is suitable for determining the consistency changes of grease after operation on the roller tester, serving to assess the mechanical shear stability of the grease.
Performance characteristics
● Stainless steel roller, Φ90×180mm, 5kg;
● The idler wheel has a positioning ring to control the normal operation of the roller;
● The lower part is equipped with a drive motor, maintaining a rotational speed of 155 to 180 r/min;
● Belt-driven roller;
● Microcomputer temperature controller with digital display, accuracy ±5°C, equipped with PT100 sensor;
● Digital timer, records working time, with wind chime alarm;
● Capable of testing two rollers simultaneously;
● A thermometer hole is provided on the instrument box cover for temperature correction;
